The Program

The Game Producer Program consists of three modules that run over the period of 10 months:


Project Management (Q3 & Q4 2025 - 10 sessions)
  • Differentiate between various phases in production
  • Facilitating production in small to mid-sized teams
  • Adapting production flow to your team and the deliverables

Product Management (Q1 2026 - 10 sessions)
  • Understanding the product from an end-user’s as well as the markets perspective
  • Monetization, User Acquisition, business cases and –plans
  • Pitching your game to investors and publishers

Leadership (Q2 2026 - 10 sessions)
  • Motivating your direct reports
  • Giving productive feedback
  • The leadership discipline in the creative business
